THE BUDGET HOTEL - ROTTERDAM
We have modern, fully furnished and bright studio’s with ensuite bathrooms available. The rooms are located are located in the popular area of Rotterdam North within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station and just a short drive from Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTM).
The rooms are equipped with a super comfortable double twin bed, fridge, smart TV, coffee machine, kettle, safe, wardrobe and private bathroom. Cooking: The rooms are not equipped with a kitchen but we do provide a big communal kitchen on the ground floor with plenty of seating tables. Limited rental period: For now we only accept tenants up to the end of May.
Wifi is available and free to use throughout the whole property.
Basic conditions:
- A maximum of 1 person is allowed in one studio, one person extra is 00 per month
- Minimum stay is 1 month till the end of May
- Screening and contract: submit a copy of an ID and proof of income
Parking spots are available upon request for an additional fee of €120,- per month.
Weekly room cleaning and fresh linen package is available for an additional charge of €100,- per month.
